Capabilites

 J-Five Machine is ISO 9001-2008 Certified, AS9100D, and ITAR registered. Within a modest 6,000  square feet of manufacturing floor space, we boast machining capacity from 16 machining centers, with  up to 4 axis of machining capability, and a maximum work envelope of 54,000 cubic inches (60*30*30).  These 16 machines are made up from a combination of turning machines, vertical machining centers,  and a horizontal machining center.  

 • Vertical Machining Centers  

• (2) Fadal 6030 – work envelope is 60” x 30” x 30”  
• (5) Fadal 4020 – work envelope is 40” x 20” x 20”  
• (3) 4th axis rotaries to extend the capability of these 4020 machines.  
• (1) Fadal VMC 40 – work envelope is 22” x 16” x 20”  
• (1) Fadal VMC 20 – work envelope is 20” x 16” x 20”   
• (1) Fadal VMC 15 – work envelope is 20” x 16” x 20” 
• (2) Haas VF-0E – work envelope is 30” x 16” x 20”  
• (1) Haas VF-0 – work envelope is 22” x 16” x 20”  

       Horizontal Machining Centers  

• (1) Bridgeport BPC 320H –work envelope is 13.78” x 9.84” x 11.81”  
• This machine has 4 axis. This machine has a pallet changer to reduce downtime 

       Turning Centers 

             (1) Kia Turn 21 – work envelope is 8” (diameter) x                21" length

            (1) Mazak QT-20-HP – work envelope is 7.09” x 20.08"
